## Body
- How can I build and use my time to generate results as packets/iteratively - adopts a sort of an agile methodology.
- Tiago talks about how writing a book has been a series of sprints with different deliverables along the way.
- Intimidation or fear of complexity is a good signal of this.
- Break stuff down so that you can't fail - can you fail at making an outline?
- Part of project anxiety isn't the size or complexity of the project; it's your own psychology.
- Find one win or intermediate packet. This enables us to sustain the sprints.
- Building packets serve future use - recycling ability. Drew on the sentiment river and you changing story.
- BASB is like making preservatives - you may not need this now, but you can use it later and it'll probably be a lot sweeter and richer. Especially true of the sentiments above: you never know how you or the river that is your life will need or can use that knowledge.
