Being fully present is to be fully immersed in a moment of your existence with your surroundings, which includes people, places, experiences, etc., through intentional Mindfulness meditation.
==Being fully present is the vehicle of Being joyfully present==.
To feel each drip of rain on your body, to feel each breath as it enters and then leaves your lungs, to feel each sound as it enters your ears, to take in the fullest sensation of a smell and allowing it to wash over you, to close your eyes and being fully at peace with everything you're experiencing in that moment... It is nothing but serene and life-giving.
You can have this in every and any moment as long as you want it... Close your eyes, take some deep breaths, and focus on right here and right now. Feel your mind, body, breath, and surroundings. Tune into those waves as they careen past you... Catching them like plucking something out of thin air...
==There moments are some of the most beautiful in life and we should aspire to live each moment to its fullest, and in my opinion, in this way, being truly and fully present.== It is sad that many people never experience this... That they unwittingly live live mindlessly to the presentness and joy that each moment has to truly offer.
I do think there are some **heavy** overlaps here with Perception and the application of a stoic mindset surrounding it.
