Specifically, the people you surround yourself with, the organization you work in, the church you attend and the religion and associated practices you subscribe to, etc. all heavily influence the floor and ceiling of your growth potential. These are your environments that surround and shape you, for better or worse. Therefore, be critically judicious of your environments. If you’re not mindful here, you’re giving up the steering wheel of your growth potential and direction.
