This is something that [[Heather Shannon]] did frequently as the SVP of Engineering at Ibotta and it served as a great way to reduce the vertical bottleneck that can often disrupt the flow of critical information when otherwise passing information down from SVP to directors, from directors to EMs, from EMs to their team members. Simply put, create a platform where information moves easily and frequently and the means to digest this information is regular and with reduced friction. Ideally, we should strive for call-to-actions (CTAs) as much as possible to ensure that not only that people are aligned, but additionally that people are driving distributed action as well.
