Therefore, this is a very cognitive and perceptive part of our learning process - in the development of understanding, we begin to develop better questions and answers as to *why* things are the way that they are. We "develop" understanding; it is something that *we invest* to manifest. This is not the same for [[Knowledge]]: it is acquired.
